FAQ and Shop Policies

Please read through our policies and listing descriptions carefully before you commit to purchasing.

​Custom orders*:

We welcome custom orders. If there is something special you had in mind, please contact us. Once the design has been approved by the client, payment must be made in full before work will begin. Custom items will be shipped 2-3 weeks after payment is received. All custom orders are shipped ground UPS with tracking and insurance.

All designs can be created the metal of your choice, e.g. a copper ring can be custom made in sterling silver, yellow, rose, or white gold, or gold fill, although additional fees will apply.

 

*Custom orders are not eligible for return. We work closely with each customer on custom orders to try and ensure that all details are as desired....including personal conversations and photos of the work in progress and at completion. If alterations are needed, we will work with you on any needed changes. Thank you for your understanding. ​

Gallery of Sold items:

We try to keep designing new and fresh creations. However, if you see something you like in our gallery of sold items, please contact us. We would be more than happy to remake it and post a custom listing for you.

Wholesale orders are welcome.

Payment​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​:

PayPal is the preferable method of payment. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover will also be accepted. We do not accept checks. If you wish to pay by money order, please contact us for our mailing address. Please note that all items must be paid for in full and cleared before they will be shipped.

Shipping:

All jewelry is made to order and your purchase will ship within 2 weeks of sale. You will be sent a shipping notification via e-mail when your item has shipped. Standard shipping is USPS First Class with tracking number. If you would like a shipping upgrade for expedited delivery, please contact us.

Refunds and Exchanges:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept returns for refund or exchange within 20 days after your purchase date. You must notify us if you are planning to ship back our product so we know to expect it. Please ship the package back to the return address in its original packaging. We will not accept returns/refunds/or exchanges after 20 days. If you would like an exchange, additional shipping charges will be applied. Refunds do not include shipping fees.

Damaged Items:

If the order is damaged upon arrival, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt. Please ship the order back to us and we will send you a replacement order, free of charge.

Cancellation:

If for any reason, you would like to cancel the order before receiving it, please notify us within 24 hours after you made the payment. Once your order ships, we will not issue a refund until you ship the package back to us, less shipping fees.
